Using carefully planned aerial imagery and photogrammetry, we can create a detailed 3D digital model of a roof, building or site. It allows dimensions, areas, falls and key features to be reviewed away from the property—useful for planning, estimating, condition records and difficult-to-access structures.
Under suitable capture conditions and processing, measurement accuracy can reach up to 99.9%. The required accuracy, survey controls and intended use are agreed before capture.

Do you carry out roofing work as well as drone surveys?
Yes. Roofing is the main trade. UAV, thermal and 3D survey tools are used where they make inspection safer, clearer or more measurable.
Can you inspect a roof without scaffolding?
A UAV can often provide useful high-level visual evidence without scaffold access, but it cannot replace every form of close inspection. The safest suitable method is decided for each property.
What can a 3D property model be used for?
Depending on the survey specification, it can support roof measurement, estimating, planning, condition recording, progress comparison and assessment of difficult-to-access areas.
Are UAV flights always possible?
No. Every flight is subject to weather, airspace, people, property, insurance and any required permissions or authorisations.
